Marvelously Made:
Moms of Color with ADHD

Resources and reassurance for mothering while managing your own ADHD.

Motherhood is a lot.
Motherhood with ADHD is a lot more.

I thank you, High God, you’re breathtaking! Body and soul, I am marvelously made!
— Psalm 139:14 (The Message)

Marvelously Made is a space built specifically for mothers of color navigating ADHD, whether newly diagnosed, long-suspected, or simply feeling the weight of holding everything together while your own brain works differently than the world expects.

This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about understanding yourself, and finding real, practical support that honors your culture, your faith, and your reality.

This space is for you if:

  • You're a mother of color navigating your own ADHD, diagnosed or not

  • You're carrying the invisible mental and emotional labor of motherhood

  • You're tired of generic parenting advice that doesn't account for how your brain works

  • You want support that's culturally grounded and faith-integrated

  • You're ready to trade survival mode for a little more grace
